Title:Class: Service Management Workflow
Description:Training Class: This one-day class will cover use of the dispatch board for daily activities, the processing of work orders and purchase orders, setup and maintenance of service agreements, inventory and paging. Interfacing to General Ledger and Payroll, and synchronization with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable will also be covered.
